These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Big Greg’s No-Look Sauce Barn Burner website and related services, including our SMS text messaging program. By using our site or opting in to SMS messages, you agree to these Terms.

SMS Messaging Terms

Program name. Big Greg’s No-Look Sauce Barn Burner SMS Reminders.

Program description. If you opt in, we send weekly text message reminders about upcoming Barn Burner hockey skates. Messages may include the skate day and time, your personal sign-up link, or a notice when there is no skate that week or a skate is cancelled.

Message frequency. You may receive up to 1 message per week (typically on Saturdays). Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to us. After you send the message “STOP,” you will be removed from our text reminder list and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to receive messages again, sign up at https://nolooksauce.com/sms-opt-in/.

Mute (optional). You may text MUTE to stay on the sub list but stop receiving weekly reminder texts. Text UNMUTE to resume reminders. MUTE is not a substitute for STOP; STOP removes you from all SMS messages from us.

Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at greg@nolooksauce.com.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

Age restriction. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Website Use

Our website is for players interested in joining a private, invitation-only adult ice hockey skate. Information on the site is provided for roster and scheduling purposes. We reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual at any time.

Waiver

Participation in our skate sessions requires acceptance of our waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, which is presented on our signup forms. By submitting a form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to that waiver.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
