Seventy-five minutes of pure filthy shinny at the Nolensville sheet. Max ten skaters a side, always two tendies. Both nets getting work, end to end.

This one’s for the lifers — boys who’ve been lacing ’em up forever and still got the hockey sense. Guys with the dirty dangles, the vision to headman the biscuit, and the hands to throw no-look sauces or dish tape-to-tape. Puck movement and smart plays over hero ball and one-man shows.

We’ve all lost a step or three since our glory days, so we keep it flying with smart passes and flow, not by trying to wheel everyone into the boards. Five guys playing hockey the way it’s supposed to be played.

Good bunch of boys, no clowns. No dusters, no benders, no try-hards, no plugs, and definitely no 10-ply cherry pickers who can’t control their twig or their emotions. Come ready to play skilled, keep it clean, and let the filthy feeds do the talking.

Afterwards? Grab a cold one with the boys and talk about all the saucy apples you dished out.

High-IQ puck movers with the sauce still in the tank — pitter patter, get at ‘er and we’ll get you on the list.

  • This skate is for players with over 25 years hockey experience.
  • Invitation only.
  • Every Tuesday night.
  • Start time usually around 9–10pm (time varies seasonally).
  • Players sign up for 3-month seasons (usually 12 or 13 skates).
  • Each skate is 1 hour 15 minutes.
  • All skates are at Gary Force Acura Arena, Nolensville TN.

Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement

By signing this waiver, you are giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue.

1. Acknowledgment of RisksI acknowledge that participation in ice hockey involves inherent risks of serious injury, including but not limited to:
  • Fractures, dislocations, and broken bones
  • Concussions and head injuries
  • Lacerations and dental injuries
  • Spinal injuries, paralysis, or death
I understand that these risks may result from the actions, inactions, or negligence of myself or others, and I voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for all such risks.
2. Waiver and Release of LiabilityIn consideration of being permitted to participate in the adult ice hockey private skate organized by Greg Cerny (the “Organizer”), I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Organizer, the ice rink facility, its owners, operators, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and any other participants from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in or traveling to or from the activity, whether caused by the negligence of the released parties or otherwise.
3. Assumption of RiskI have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I accept full responsibility for my own physical health and fitness to participate, as well as the condition and adequacy of any equipment I choose to use. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
4. IndemnificationI agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greg Cerny, the ice rink facility, its owners, operators, employees, volunteers, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, suits, judgments, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the activity.
5. Rules and ConductI agree to abide by all rules established by the Organizer and the ice rink facility. I understand that the Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual at any time and for any reason.
6. Governing LawThis agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the activity takes place. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7. Electronic SignatureI agree that my electronic signature below carries the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature. I consent to conducting this transaction by electronic means and acknowledge that this agreement is legally binding.
